WebWhen UO Outlands was in beta I advocated heavily for harsh PK punishments. Being a pk in UO should mean sacrificing A LOT. No NPC access, no town access, meaningful skill and stat gain losses from dying, etc. When you have lax PK punishments there is no reason to not pk every person you come across.
